If you are travelling to Zermatt you have to book at Chalet Arnold. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Stayed for two days with my wife. Beds were comfy and the room was constantly clean. The staff were being very handy and welcoming and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large and also the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was great. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.
